How you are paid. Subscribers earn Kewiga Rewards — which never expire. Estate agents and other partners can choose a bank transfer instead.
One referrer per customer. The first referrer recorded for a customer is the one rewarded, so make sure they name you when they book.
Genuinely new customers. Your referral must be new to Kewiga Works — not a current subscriber, and not subscribed in the last 6 months. No self-referrals, and no referrals within the same household.
No limit. Introduce as many people as you like — every one of them can earn you both rewards.

Straight answers
Artisan questions, answered straight
No fine print, no stories. Here is how working with Kewiga Works actually works.
Simple jobs pay ₦5,000 (for example a tap or leak fix, a socket or switch replacement, a door lock, a curtain rail). Medium jobs pay ₦8,000 (for example painting one room, a plumbing repair, AC servicing, a carpentry repair). Complex jobs pay ₦12,000 (for example rewiring a section, tiling work). The rate for each job is agreed with you on WhatsApp before the job starts, and it is never renegotiated after the work is done.
Every Friday, for all jobs completed and confirmed the week before. A job is confirmed when the office receives the customer's completion code for that job and it is recorded in your log book signed by the customer. No completion code, no pay — so always collect the code once the work is fully finished, never before.
You bring your own basic hand tools. Job materials are supplied or paid for by Kewiga Works or the customer. Never buy materials with your own money unless the office approves it on WhatsApp first.
You cover your own transport to jobs. The job rates are set to cover it, and the rate for each job is agreed with you before you set out.
Yes, you may decline a job. But if you keep refusing the jobs offered to you, you will be offered fewer.
No. You are an independent contractor and free to do your own work. There is one hard rule: never take private jobs directly from Kewiga Works customers, while you work with us and for 6 months after. Breaking it ends the agreement immediately.
Your guarantor confirms your identity and character, and agrees that we can contact them if we cannot reach you about a job dispute.
If your workmanship fails within 30 days, you return and correct it free of charge. That is the guarantee every customer is promised, and it is part of every job.
The Company decides, after hearing both sides. We look at the evidence — the completion code, the signed log book, any photos — and you always get the chance to tell your side before any rework is ordered or any money is deducted. Work that was properly completed and confirmed stays paid unless a complaint is proven, and a complaint shown to be false does not affect your pay or your standing.

Before you ask
Yes. Introduce a friend, family member or your estate — when they join and complete their first paid month, you earn a signup reward, and when they stay a full year, a loyalty reward on top. Amounts and rules are on the Referral Programme page.
You pay one monthly fee for your plan. Whenever something breaks, you message us on WhatsApp, we dispatch a verified artisan, and the job is covered by your plan up to its monthly limit. You confirm the work when it's done — that's it.
One job is one repair task — fixing a leaking tap, servicing an AC, repainting a room. Jobs are classed simple, medium or complex. Every job counts once against your plan’s monthly job-count limit, and the job’s value also counts against your plan’s monthly value cap (for example, ₦40,000 a month on Standard). Every job is priced from our fixed rate card before work starts, so you always know exactly where you stand.
No. Your monthly fee covers labour — the artisan’s work. Parts and materials are not included: Kewiga Works sources them for you, you pay for them at trade price, and the labour to fit them is covered by your plan. So if a tap needs replacing, you pay for the tap at trade price and your plan covers fitting it.
Yes — AC servicing counts as one job, the same as fixing a tap. But jobs come in different sizes: each job is classed simple, medium or complex, and a bigger job like AC servicing uses more of your plan’s monthly value cap than a small job like a tap repair. Both count once against your monthly job count.
Take Standard: the value cap is ₦40,000 a month. Once your plan’s monthly value cap is used up, any further work that month is billed at the member rate — always agreed with you on WhatsApp before work starts. Nothing is done or billed without your agreement first.
The labour is covered as a job under your plan, and that includes preparation — filling, sanding and masking before painting starts. The paint itself is a material: we source it at trade price and you pay for the paint, while the painting and preparation labour is covered by your plan.
No. “Within 24 hours” is our response and booking promise: on Standard and above, we respond to your message and book your visit within 24 hours. It is not a promise that the repair is completed within 24 hours — how long a repair takes depends on the job. On Landlord / Estate and Business plans, emergencies get a same-day response.
You simply pay the member rate for the extra job — ₦7,000 for a simple job on Basic — agreed with you before anyone picks up a tool. Nothing is done or billed without your agreement first. No surprises, and heavy months don't cancel your cover.
Every Kewiga Works artisan passes three checks: a valid ID, a guarantor we can reach, and a practical trade test. Anyone who fails any one of them doesn't work for us. You'll also know your artisan's name before they arrive.
The free rework guarantee lasts 30 days from the day of the job. If our workmanship fails within those 30 days, message us and we come back and fix it free. That guarantee is the whole point of Kewiga Works — it’s why you subscribe instead of gambling on a stranger.
Tell us within 48 hours. If our artisan damages your property while carrying out a job, Kewiga Works will make it right: we will repair the damage or pay the reasonable cost of putting it right. You only ever deal with us, never with the artisan — we sort out the rest with the artisan ourselves.
You take the Landlord / Estate plan per property. Your tenants message us directly when something breaks, we fix it under your plan, and you receive a monthly report of every job and your property's condition. Estate bulk pricing starts at ₦22,500/month per household for 10+ households and ₦21,250/month per household for 20+.
At month-end, 70% of your unused plan value becomes Kewiga Rewards. Each point equals ₦1 of eligible Kewiga Works services and never expires. Points are service rewards, not cash, refunds or stored credit.
